Limitless tech support means that I am dedicated to providing you with comprehensive assistance for all your technical needs through our Launch Tech service. While I offer unlimited support, it’s important to note that requests will be handled in the order they are received, typically within 2 working days.
To ensure I can assist you efficiently, I kindly request that you provide a full brief and all necessary information with your ticket requests. This helps me to streamline my support process and minimizes any potential delays. My mission is to empower you to achieve your online launch goals, and I am committed to delivering the best possible support experience.
You can have 2 tech tickets live at any one time. If you was to submit 10 tickets I will only be working on 2 at a time. Once I have closed a ticket down I can then begin to work on another one next on your ticket submission list. So its important that if you have tasks that are urgent that you prioritise their importance as you submit them, As I will only be working on the next ticket as they appear.
The turn around time expected is 2 days. I will do my best to deliver in this time but please be aware that delays can happen if I am not provided with all the information I need to perform the task and if the task you submit t upon looking I believe would take longer.
In both instances I will be in touch directly via email to let you know or get additional information from you.

Once you cancel your membership, I will continue t work on any tickets you have submitted until the last day before your next payment would usually renew. Any outstanding tickets will be closed my end and returned back to you. I will not work on any requests once your month has ended.
My VA services per hour start from £50 plus depending on the nature of the work involved and the hours you are looking for. When I work with my clients on a 1:1 basis supporting them as their VA the hours we work are usually capped for the month.
This is also a great option for a new business owner who is looking for support to get things implemented but cannot afford to hire a team member just yet. With one monthly flat fee you can cancel at any time without notice and submit as many requests as you like.
